The LA Clippers are on a roll, and for now, it doesn’t look like there’s any stopping them.
LA was host to the New Orleans Pelicans Sunday night, and save for an attempted comeback in the third quarter, the game was never close. The Clippers won decidedly by a final of 134-109, extending their season-best win streak to five games.
The Clippers led by as many as 27 Sunday night, which came within the final minutes of the fourth quarter. LA eclipsed a 20-point lead on several occasions, including as early as the second quarter, when they went up 55-35 roughly 16 minutes into the game.
