According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Los Angeles Clippers have promoted coach Casey Hill from head coach of the Agua Caliente Clippers to part of Doc Rivers’ staff.
The Agua Caliente Clippers were introduced to the G League last year and finished the season with a 23-27 record. During that season, stars from their roster such as Tyrone Wallace and C.J. Williams made enough progress to join the LA Clippers roster in the NBA.
The Clippers are promoting Agua Caliente G League head coach Casey Hill to Doc Rivers’ Clippers staff, league sources tell ESPN.
