Red-hot Redick leads balanced Clippers performance in win over Hornets

Blake Griffin is still at home, and somehow, the Clippers haven’t trailed for eight straight quarters.

The team followed a wire-to-wire win in Washington on Monday with a wire-to-wire 122-117 win Wednesday in Charlotte.

The team last trailed in the fourth quarter Saturday in Utah before pulling ahead to beat the Jazz. The Clippers have won four games in a row after losing three straight.

The Clippers used their hot shooting to hold off Charlotte, swatting away every Hornet run. Charlotte, to its credit, kept coming and kept coming. But the Clippers had every answer.

In the second quarter, the Hornets pulled within a point.
