Patrick Beverley Cleared for Basketball Activities

Patrick Beverley is a tough, tough guy. Therefore, it’s not much a surprise that he was ahead of schedule in returning from his microfracture and meniscus surgery on his right knee back in November. However, per a story by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski this morning, Beverley has been cleared for full basketball activities a whopping three months ahead of schedule.

The doctor who operated on Beverley called his healing and rehab “remarkable”, and commended Beverley on his efforts to get back as quickly as possible. Bev will now have a full summer to work himself into shape for the NBA season, and while he might not be 100% at the start of the next season (microfracture surgery is pretty serious), he should absolutely be healthy and in tip-top shape.
