NBA: Clippers compliant in decision to rest Kawhi

Despite All-NBA star Kawhi Leonard sitting out consecutive national television games one week apart, the league said that the LA Clippers are in compliance of its rules on resting players.

Leonard will miss Wednesday night's game against the Milwaukee Bucks on ESPN, his second straight week that a national TV absence fell on a Clippers back-to-back game.

"Kawhi Leonard is not a healthy player under the league's resting policy, and, as such, is listed as managing a knee injury in the LA Clippers injury report," spokesman Mike Bass told ESPN on Wednesday.
