Opportunities to score and win in basketball have several key starting points, and the main one for all of them is through rebounds. Not allowing offensive rebounds is crucial, and grabbing them, is extremely beneficial. Yet, Saturday night against the Phoenix Suns, the LA Clippers were out-rebounded, and it was because of the starting lineup, except for Ivica Zubac.
Zubac had two phenomenal, consecutive performances versus the Suns, and although he scored more in the first of them, 23 on Thursday night, the second was more impressive, with 21 points, four assists, and a final count of 15 rebounds, two offensive and 13 defensive.
