After the second-shortest offseason in recent memory, the NBA returns tonight with the defending champion Milwaukee Bucks receiving their rings in front of the Brooklyn Nets after the two teams met in a slugfest in the 2021 Eastern Conference semifinals.
The Clippers still have two days off before their season begins; they’ve been patiently waiting to suit up again since Oct. 11, when they were the first team to finish the preseason. The end of this 10-day pseudo-training camp can’t come soon enough.
