The NBA has made great strides in becoming a more diverse league and celebrating that diversity over the past few years. The Clippers have taken part in these events, holding nights for people of Serbian, Jewish, and Italian heritages and more over the years.
On January 1, the Clippers will take another step towards appreciating their diverse fanbase by holding a Pride Night against the Sixers for their 7:30 game.
Using the promo code “LGBT”, fans can buy a ticket which guarantees them a Clippers pride shirt, and gives them a chance to go to a pre-game panel from members of the LGBTQ sports community, who will discuss important moments from their careers.
