Clippers' Kawhi Leonard (knee soreness) won't play against Trail Blazers

LA Clippers All-Star Kawhi Leonard will not play against Portland on Saturday to manage his left knee soreness.

The Clippers' game against the Blazers is the first in a back-to-back set. Leonard has sat out one game during back-to-backs this season to manage soreness in his left knee.

The team says Leonard will play Sunday night against the Brooklyn Nets. The Clippers were already shorthanded entering Saturday's game without Patrick Beverley (left calf strain) and Montrezl Harrell, who is not with the team as he mourns the loss of his grandmother.
