The history books of the NBA may not have Chris Paul's name listed with a ring next to his name, but since being drafted in 2005, the likely Hall-of-Fame point guard has found a way to make every season a success. This is why longevity has not been a problem for Paul, given that he is accustomed to reaching high standards effortlessly.

Paul has had several seasons, partially with the LA Clippers, during which he has individually excelled in numerous areas, including an All-Star appearance, All-NBA selection, All-Defensive recognition, and placement as an MVP finalist.

In fact, Paul has come extremely close to an MVP multiple times, finishing behind Kobe Bryant in 2008, third in 2012, and fourth in 2013.
