Donald Sterling has issued an official response to the NBA's termination of his ownership of the Los Angeles Clippers, and the 32-page document is available to read here.
The document, originally obtained by USA Today Sports, lays out the legal groundwork for Sterling's defense against the NBA. Largely centered around the illegality of the original recording, Sterling's argument won't be easy for the NBA to brush aside in court.
Despite reported offers north of $2.5 billion, Sterling reportedly still has no plans to sell the team.
