I hate to break this to ex-fans of the team formerly known as the San Diego Chargers, but some of your fears may be coming true about the team shedding some of its clumsiness and some of its “so Chargers” smallness and cheapness once Dean Spanos announced the move to the big city.
Just your luck, huh? And just San Diego’s luck: the Bolts may not be the Dolts to the degree they were late in their 33-year Spanos tenure in Mission Valley.
Spanos is still overly enabled, but his football men seem to have made a few promising decisions over the past several weeks.
