Observations from camp, Day 20:
Melvin Ingram has been performing like Superman, so why not dress like him?
Ingram wore blue Superman socks, adorned with little red capes.
Wore them for all of the 150-minute session Tuesday.
Too much flavor for coach Mike McCoy, who sounded off like Lex Luthor when asked about the socks.
"That'll be the first and last day he ever wears those socks out here," McCoy said. "That's it."
In high school, Ingram earned the nickname SupaMelvin.
A trifling suggestion for McCoy: let Ingram wear the socks, on one condition.
