There is quite a bit of confusion about the health status of the Los Angeles Chargers first round draft pick, wide receiver Mike Williams. There was a rumor circulating earlier today that the Clemson product might need season-ending back surgery.

There have since been some conflicting reports, with NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport later stating that Williams has been improving and surgery was not being considered as an option any longer.
