SAN DIEGO – Facing the Kansas City Chiefs in the last game of the season with his job in limbo, San Diego Chargers head coach Mike McCoy told reporters here on Monday that he expected his players will be focused on the task at hand.
“There won’t be a lack of motivation,” McCoy said. “The way the players have worked, we play a certain way here. And we understand that we laid this foundation a long time ago. There’s a certain culture here, there’s a certain expectation here and a certain level that we want to play at.
