SAN DIEGO -- With two weeks left and his team clinching a second straight season in the AFC West cellar, San Diego Chargers head coach Mike McCoy told reporters that he has not received a contract extension.
McCoy also said he has not had any meetings with Chargers’ brass about his job status over the last few weeks.
The Chargers hit the road to take on the winless Cleveland Browns on Saturday.
“I’m worried about playing the game this week,” McCoy said. “There’s no reason to worry about (an extension) right now.
