The Los Angeles Chargers are headed into their seventh draft under general manager Tom Telesco, with it feeling like just yesterday he was trading up to select Manti Te’o in 2013. Telesco opened his GM career with two straight bad drafts, one “meh” draft, and three solid-to-great ones. Along the way, he’s had some great and terrible selections, and made many decisions that have both made the team a bottom-dwelling loser and a playoff-bound contender.
