It was announced that Justin Herbert had successful surgery to stabilize his left hand metacarpal bone fracture on Monday. Herbert is now considered "day-to-day" by the team and more updates on his status for the Eagles game will be given later in the week.
After the game on Sunday, Herbert said that he was operating as if he is still going to play against the Eagles despite the hand injury. "I'm treating it as if I'm playing on Monday," Herbert said. " I think they're very hopeful for that."
