The Chargers couldn’t stop making mistakes Sunday. And the Bills were too good to lose to a team that sloppy, winning 27-17.
Despite the 10 a.m. start on the East Coast against a team with a winning record, the Chargers stayed competitive for most of the game. Ultimately, a comedy of errors kept the team on the wrong end of the scoreline for the eighth time this season.
The Chargers’ first possession was a three-and-out that took all of 35 seconds, and the Bills followed up with a touchdown drive in under two minutes, the majority of the yards gained on a defensive pass interference by Rayshawn Jenkins.
