Mekhi Becton was the most impactful (and most expensive) free-agent signing the LA Chargers made this offseason. The Chargers desperately needed interior offensive line help and found it in the defending Super Bowl champion.
After getting a career year out of Becton, the Eagles turned to 2023 third-round pick Tyler Steen to replace him as the starting right guard. Steen had some baggage heading into the 2025 season, leaving Philadelphia fans worried about how the team would fill Becton's spot.
Those concerns are likely quelled after the Eagles' Week 1 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday night.
