The Chargers don’t want to be that team -- the one that provided the first victory for the winless Browns, who are two games from becoming the second team in NFL history and first since Detroit in 2008 to finish 0-16.
ESPN’s Football Power Index gives the Browns a 31 percent chance to defeat the Chargers and a 55 percent chance to lose out.
