Judson Richards of XTRA 1360 FOX Sports radio interviewed former linebacker Na'il Diggs, a 12-year NFL veteran who played his final season with the San Diego Chargers in 2011. Diggs questioned the Chargers' leadership on defense after Eric Weddle appeared to question the preparation of younger players on defense earlier this week.
