Column: Chargers and Rivers doomed in AFC West after Andy Reid’s arrival

Reggie Bush, chatting football last week, brought up a name.

“Andy Reid is a mastermind,” said Bush, the former USC and NFL running back, who grew up in La Mesa cheering the Chargers. “He knows how to get the best out of his players. He consistently puts them in position to win. That’s why I’ve always been a fan of his.”

Bush added: “He’s the one coach I wish I could have played for.”
