In the wake of right guard Oday Aboushi’s season-ending injury, the Chargers are bringing in some veteran help by signing offensive lineman Senio Kelemete from the 49ers practice squad.
The 6’4, 305-pound Kelemete is a former fifth-round draft pick of the Cardinals back in 2012. He played his collegiate ball at Washington. After spending just his rookie season in Arizona, Kelemete was signed to the Saints practice squad in September of 2013. He would go on to play four years in New Orleans and before signing with the Texans for the 2019 and 2020 seasons.
