On Friday afternoon, just about two weeks since the end of the 2025 NFL Draft, the Chargers have announced the signing of seven of their nine draft picks. They were defensive tackle Jamaree Caldwell (third-rounder), edge rusher Kyle Kennard (fourth), wide receiver KeAndre Lambert-Smith (fifth), tight end Oronde Gadsden II (fifth), offensive lineman Branson Taylor (sixth), safety R.J. Mickens (sixth), and cornerback Trikweze Bridges (seventh).
So heading into the weekend, the lone players left to sign their rookie contracts with the Chargers are first-round running back Omarion Hampton and second-round wide receiver Tre Harris.
