Chargers' preseason darling suffers scary injury at the worst time possible

A strong showing in the preseason is the best way for an unknown undrafted free agent to insert themselves in the conversation for a roster spot. LA Chargers defensive back Eric Rogers knows this all too well, and just put together one of the most impressive games imaginable against the New Orleans Saints.

The former Rutgers defensive back hauled in not one, but two interceptions off Saints rookie Tyler Shough; the first of which was a pick-six in which he impressively jumped an out-route near the sideline.

Unfortunately, Rogers' day did not end on a positive note.
