While many have been critical of the Chargers’ defensive backs through the first few weeks of the season, they’ve quietly been impressing as a whole. Brandon Facyson was the scapegoat for a couple of weeks, even though he played pretty well aside from Week 1 action against the Indianapolis Colts, but Mike Davis returned to the lineup this week and seemed to constantly have his hand on the ball when it was thrown his way.
The focus here is going to be less “this is your position group of the week” and more “why this is your position group of the month“.
