The Chargers have begun their search for their next head coach and general manager this week, having already requested about a half dozen or more names for both positions as of Tuesday night.
On top of in-house names getting a look in Giff Smith and Kellen Moore, the Chargers have also requested interviews for Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn, Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, and 49ers defensive coordinator Steve Wilks.
