Earlier this week, Tre' Harris made his first appearance on the second day of Chargers training camp after ending his holdout. Being the first second-round pick required to report on July 12th, Harris' Chargers holdout became a national story while 29 other second-round picks were also without contractual agreements.
Some of the second-round picks closer to the end of the first round did end up getting fully guaranteed rookie deals. The trend as the week developed for picks after the 30s range was a compromise between sides on a guarantees increase.
The newly reported contract details for Harris ended up in the latter format.
