The Chargers made two prominent moves this off-season involving the cornerback spot. First, they put a second-round tender on Michael Davis. Secondly, they signed former Broncos All-Pro Chris Harris to a two-year deal in free agency. Even after these moves, the Chargers still need a solidified presence at CB2 opposite Casey Hayward unless the team truly believes Davis can be that player.
While the team juggles these decisions, they’re still doing their due dilligence on this year’s cornerback group and, most recently, they met with Oklahoma State’s A.J. Green according to Justin Melo of The Draft Wire.
