Chargers launch Play 60 Challenge for middle school students

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - On Tuesday, a couple of San Diego Chargers encouraged middle school students in El Cajon to get up, get outside and go play.

Kicker Nick Novak and defensive lineman Sean Lissemore were on hand to launch the Chargers "Play 60 Challenge" at Greenfield Middle School.

The goal is to encourage kids to be physically active for at least 60-minutes a day.

More than 5,000 middle school students in the Cajon Valley School District made the pledge to become more active.
