The Chargers’ star franchise quarterback Justin Herbert has headed to the locker room with a finger injury that he suffered at the end of the Chargers’ 4th down conversion attempt in Denver Broncos territory. The broadcast did not show what happened initially but a replay showed he was hit on the pass attempt as his throwing hand connected with Zach Allen’s body as he came through for the pressure and subsequent hit. After this he was seen shaking out his right hand. He is officially questionable to return.
