San Diego Chargers general manager Tom Telesco discussed how players like Joey Bosa and Hunter Henry performed at the team’s rookie minicamp over the weekend in this interview with Scott Kaplan and Billy Ray Smith of The Mighty 1090 AM radio.
Telesco said Bosa looked good, although it’s hard to get a good read because players were not in pads and were playing against other rookies.
"He was as advertised," Telesco said. "He was flying around. He’s big, athletic and he loves to play."
Telesco also discussed his team’s thinking regarding the center position, and why the Chargers signed free agent Matt Slauson after drafting center Max Tuerk in the third round.
