The Los Angeles Chargers have been scanning the NFL landscape this offseason for a suitable wide receiver to support Justin Herbert and run opposite Ladd McConkey. Quentin Johnston certainly has his moments, but a more reliable piece would take the Chargers' offense to another level.
Free agency brought the team Jalen Reagor, as well as a reunion with Mike Williams, who spent 2024 with two different NFL teams after playing in Los Angeles for his first seven seasons. Williams was not the notable former Chargers receiver that the fan base wanted back, however.
That would be Keenan Allen, the six-time Pro Bowl wideout who played 11 years with the franchise and was a key holdover from the team's days in San Diego.
