After all of the moves and signings made by the Chargers over the past two weeks, it’s safe to say that we can narrow down the team’s biggest needs to two positions: left tackle and cornerback.
Right now, I bet some of you are saying to yourselves, “Michael, of course it’s left tackle. Of course anything offensive line should be the team’s biggest need.”
And I partially agree.
However, the team did just sign three starters to go with incumbent right tackle Bryan Bulaga. At this very moment, the line has at least three average to above average starters, which is already better than anything they’ve had for most of the past decade.
