On Friday morning, former Steelers guard Ramon Foster was given the honor to announce the retirements of both Mike and Maurkice Pouncey from the NFL. Foster played alongside Maurkice for most of the past decade in Pittsburgh.
After not seeing the field for the past season and a half, many within the fan base probably forgot that the Chargers still employed Mike Pouncey. After all, the former Miami Dolphin was signed by the Bolts prior to the team’s 12-4 season in 2018 but, unfortunately, suffered a severe neck injury after only five games into the 2019 season.
