- Wow. Giving up that easily, JOe? First of all, I've said before that if the Chargers move, they should change their name. Chargers don't ring out in LA the way Raiders or Rams do. But one of the major problems San Diego is facing when it comes to keeping the Chargers is the absence of public money, and if you go back and look at cities that have lost their teams (Houston, Cleveland, etc.) you'll see that it costs WAAAAY more to get the NFL back in town than it does to keep it around. If the Bolts Bolt, you can kiss the NFL goodbye for a long time.
