Turns out that 2026 could be a good year for the latest Eppler target. Why? Arol Vera is just 16 years old out of Venezuela. Talk about playing the long game. The signing window doesn’t officially open until July 2nd, but Vera has committed to signing with the Angels.
Vera is a lean 6’2” shortstop who has shown some power and is a capable switch hitter.
