In 2019 Kole Calhoun got off to a poor start again and many have been questioning whether the LA Angels should stick with Calhoun or just let him go. However over the last couple of weeks Calhoun has shown signs of breaking out of his early season slump.
After the month of April Calhoun has been on fire. At the end of April he was batting only .194, he currently sits at .225. Calhoun has hit .364 over the last eight games smacking three homers and driving in seven runs. For the season Calhoun has hit a team-leading nine home runs and has also driven in 22 runs.
