LA Angels: Could Dylan Bundy be the next Angels ace?

While Dylan Bundy didn’t have the success he would have liked as a member of the Baltimore Orioles, he certainly caught the eye of LA Angels general manager, Billy Eppler, as another one of his low-risk/high-reward type acquisitions.

The Angels didn’t give up much to get Bundy and Eppler has been known to look for pitchers that don’t cost too much and hold the potential for a big payoff. It’s easy to forget that Bundy was the 4th overall pick in the first round of the 2011 draft with lots of potential. That potential is what the Angels are looking to unlock and the key to unlocking it may come from new pitching coach, Mickey Callaway.
