Former Angels star Jim Edmonds, who was traded to the St. Louis Cardinals twenty years ago this week, revealed on his Instagram account that he is being tested for COVID-19.
Within his Instagram story where the Gold Glover can be seen wearing a protective face mask, he wrote, “Held off as long as I could. I thought I was tough enough to get through. This virus is no joke #gethealthy.”
Edmonds elaborated on his condition in another post, writing that he needs to “find out if I have been infected or just super sick. Not taking any chances because it is so hard to get tested by the rules of the CDC.
