Jaime Barria is back up with the big league club

Barria, 22, made his major league debut in 2018, pitching 129.1 innings with a 3.41 ERA and a 1.27 WHIP. He provided depth to the snake-bitten 2018 team.

After the Angels acquired Chris Stratton from the Giants, Barria was the odd man out, getting sent to AAA Salt Lake City to start the season. He made one start for the Bees.

It is unclear if Barria will slot into the rotation or not, as the Angels currently have five starters who have made multiple starts so far this season.
