For the first time all season, David Fletcher won’t be in the starting lineup on Monday. He exited yesterday’s game after rolling his ankle. With the Angels having the day off tomorrow, manager Joe Maddon is hopeful that he’ll be good to go and available to play on Wednesday.

Fletcher has been the best hitter on the team this season, and one of the best hitters in the American League. He leads the majors in at bats, and leads the AL with 45 hits. He has a slash line of .313/.377/.438/.814 and has three homers with 13 RBI.
