Calhoun is the first Angels Gold Glove Award winner since shortstop Erick Aybar in 2011 and the first outfielder to capture the hardware since Torii Hunter in 2009.
Calhoun, 28, ranked third among AL right fielders with a career-high 11 assists and committed only four errors in 357 total chances. He led AL right fielders in Defensive Runs Saved (6) and Ultimate Zone Rating (13.8).
