The Angels just continue to win, as their 7-1 victory over the Blue Jays on Friday put them at 6-2 on the young season.
The offense was led by Shohei Ohtani, who finished the game with four runs driven in. He stepped up to the plate in the second with the bases loaded. On a 1-2 pitch, Ohtani doubled to center, bringing in all three runs to give the Halos a 4-0 lead.
His next at bat came in the fifth inning, when he led off with a solo home run, his third homer of the season.
