The quiz will take place on Thursday February 11 and will be hosted by Peter McDowall, with special appearances from Phil Thompson, Jose Enrique and current players.
There will be five rounds and you can try your luck at as many as you like. All have a fantastic prize up for grabs, with an overall prize of a signed Roberto Firmino shirt.
