A number of the greats set to represent the Reds against Bayern Munich at Anfield on March 24 participated in a workout at the Academy to sharpen up for the big game.
Part of the session involved a mini-match, with Gerrard lining up alongside Jason McAteer, John Aldridge and Michael Owen, while Fowler called on Steve McManaman and Ian Rush.
The sides were completed by youth goalkeepers Andy Firth and Shamal George, plus coaches from the LFC Foundation and International Academy.
