Trent Alexander-Arnold was seen biting his shirt in agony after suffering a knee injury during Liverpool's 2-0 victory against Arsenal in the FA Cup on Sunday.
Despite it now being confirmed that he will be sidelined for 'a few weeks' with knee ligament damage, the full-back bravely managed to play on for 30 minutes after and saw out the remainder of the match.
Despite this, fans lauded his resilience online claiming, 'Trent really played on in this state for 30 minutes' after a video emerged online showing him biting his shirt and grimacing in pain after sustaining the injury.
