Trent Alexander-Arnold insists he's feeling 100% after the thigh injury which kept him out of Euro 2020, but fears for Liverpool team-mate Andy Robertson after he was forced off with ankle injury in pre-season friendly

Trent Alexander-Arnold has declared himself 100% fit ahead of the new Premier League season after completing 90 minutes for Liverpool in a friendly against Athletic Bilbao.

The 22-year-old agonisingly missed Euro 2020 after sustaining a thigh injury in a warm-up against Austria less than two weeks before the tournament started.

However, he has managed to build up his fitness gradually over pre-season ahead of this Saturday's trip to new boys Norwich, telling the club's official website: 'I've started pre-season quite well, in training I've been putting the work in, got the all-clear from the medical staff early doors in pre-season and have been able to push on, get fit and get the full 90 under my belt today (against Bilbao).
