Thomas Tuchel has suggested his Chelsea side have fallen behind Manchester City and Liverpool in the title race simply because of injuries.
After a recent spate of faltering results, including defeat to West Ham and a European draw with Zenit St Petersburg, Chelsea came unstuck on Thursday night and had to settle for a 1-1 draw with Everton at home.
The result came after the Blues recently needed a last-gasp injury time penalty to defeat Leeds United 3-2, and now Tuchel has pointed out what he thinks is going wrong.
